I'm an author, educator, speaker, curriculum designer, and leadership coach.

In my new book, I Love This Place, I teach leaders how to build school cultures where people feel a sense of belonging and are challenged to grow. After nearly two decades in classrooms and leadership roles, I've learned that real change starts with how we lead ourselves—and multiplies when we grow others. My work is about helping educators and leaders create places where students thrive, teachers stay, and communities say, “I love this place.”

In addition, my wife, Aaren, and I conduct regular marriage workshops for churches and community groups called “Wrecked and Redeemed,” based on our testimony and experiences from over 20 years of marriage. We'd love to have you check out that page as well!
