Becoming a tough and tender leader requires a framework. It’s not just an idea, it’s a series of leadership values that, when combined, can turn any leader and culture into a force to be reckoned with.

90-Minute Workshop

In 90-minutes, we can cover the basic tenets of I Love This Place, including Tough and Tender Leadership and how to bring about great culture in your place through intentional leadership development. We will cover practical steps to grow your leadership and amplify that leadership to everyone you lead.

3-Hour Workshop

In 3-hours, we can cover the entire 90-minute workshop, plus an additional two leadership values from the HUSTLE framework of becoming a tough and tender leader. You choose!

Each value in the framework comes with activites, refelction, and follow-up resources to help your team grow.

Full Day Workshop

If you have a full-day (5-6 hours) to spend together, we can cover all the tenets in the book from top to bottom. Using activites, games, thoughtful exercises, reflection, and collaborative practices we will work together to grow your leaders and build amazing culture together.

Keynote

If your day is structured in such a way that an hour or 90-minute keynote fits the bill, I Love This Place delivered in a passionate and meaningful talk may be for you. I’m happy to work with you on whatever you need!

Student Workshops

If you have students that you would like to develop as leaders, I Love This Place is for you! I offer 90-minute, 3-hour, and full-day versions of my workshops, which I have been running with student leaders for years. I would love to meet and help you grow your young leaders!

The video below is from a student event I did in Idaho. As a part of their leadership discovery, students were challenged to find an image that reflected their leadership style and write a poem that tells their story.

    Patrick led a half day leadership clinic with my band students this summer and left a significant impression.
